ENRA Group Berhad, formerly Perduren (M) Berhad, is engaged in property investment, property development, investment holding activities and operation of an inn and recreation center. The Company operates through five segments: Rental, which is engaged in the rental of the investment properties; Car park, which is engaged in the car park collections at the investment properties; Hotel operations, which is involved in the operation of an inn and recreation center; Property development, which is engaged in joint venture property development, and Oil and gas, which is engaged in the trading and logistic services.

Its properties include Holiday Plaza, which includes a shopping podium and an 18 story office tower located in Jalan Dato Sulaiman; Shamelin Star, which is located in Kuala Lumpur and consists of approximately 630 units of service apartments and approximately 30 units of retail lots, and 93 Great Titchfield Street, which is a five story commercial-use Grade II Listed building.
